I apologize for the lack of posts this week. It's been a tough one. I have been sick with the flu non stop. Due to my eye accident I had no sick leave left, so I have been tumbling along for 7 straight days.
The moment I feel a sore throat or a sniffle Liam runs to the shops to get me lemonade. Not sprite, not schweppes... but the cheapest home brand you can get. It makes me feel a little better from the first sip.
These two furballs have been keeping me company while I stay at home. Sometimes I swear they know exactly how I'm feeling.
While spending my evenings in I have been catching up on some much needed comic book reading.
I did have an hour or two of not feeling like death in which I had time to sew these super lady bows for the Nerd Burger store. I loved them so much, so I made one for me as well.
And of corse copious amonts of coffee from my beloved Evil Dead the musical mug.
Hopefully by this weekend I'll be back to 100% and can film the second installment of Comic Book Roundup.

Aw I'm so sorry you are not feeling well! I'm right there with you too..I got a really bad cold/virus last week that is still going strong. My throat is killing me but I've still had to go to school and work. I have been drinking lots of hot tea to help my throat. Hope you feel better soon dear!!

It's been a tough week because I had no sick leave so I had to keep going to work. But I made it through. Today is my last day and then I have two days off to get over my sick. YAY
DeleteAnd yes they are Little Merdmaid PJs. My Mum and Dad got them for me for Christmas. I hardly ever take them off when I'm at home. :)
ughhhh the flu :( i was given that gift this week also and i couldn't take off work either. gotta try that lemonade trick next time!
